Refund/Exchange Policy

Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed!

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if an item is in non-working condition, please call 800-732-4646 Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (PST in Nevada) to obtain a "Return Authorization Number" to return the item(s). This number MUST accompany any return or the package WILL NOT be accepted at our warehouse. Returns must be pre-approved by Bingo Novelty World (BNW) staff within 30 days of the original invoice date. NO Returns or Exchanges on custom printed items.

No restocking fee is charged if the items are returned in perfect condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Products returned damaged or used, with missing and/or damaged parts will be charged a restocking fee that will vary from 15% up to the full purchase price. Return shipping fees by UPS for packages not accepted upon delivery and/or returned without prior BNW authorization will be the sole responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount of merchandise sent back to BNW.

Patterns, Colors and availability of all items on this web site and in the Bingo Novelty World catalog are subject to change. We reserve the right to change the packaging and look of any product as long as it still serves the same purpose of use. All prices are subject to change without notice. IMPORTANT NOTICE:
